The entire glove is wrapped in 3M G100 cotton, ensuring excellent waterproof and windproof performance

Warm and Cozy: The double-layer cotton design, featuring 3M cotton and 240G spray cotton, guarantees softness, comfort, and breathability. Even without the heating function, these gloves provide exceptional cold resistance

Humanized Design: The palm zipper offers excellent sealing and shaping ability. The elastic adjustable wristband allows for a customizable fit. An anti-lost strap prevents glove loss. Additionally, conductive PU on the thumb and index finger enables touchscreen control without removing the gloves

Safe Battery: Powered by a 7.4V 22.2Wh high-capacity battery, these gloves feature an internal protective casing. Unlike common PVC encasings, Tidewe uses high-strength ABS material with over-voltage, over-current, and over-temperature protection. RETURN POLICIES

Please be attention that any items purchased on the TideWe.com website can be returned unused up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not accept returns for custom waders, dirty, damaged or worn products, or undergarments that have been removed from their original packaging. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned. Please include all original tags and packaging.We will start the return process within two business days once receive the information. And we will refund you within one business day once get your return tracking number. 

If you purchased the item at one of our authorized dealers, please contact that dealer to process the return.

To process a return for an item that was purchased on TideWe.com, please send us an email at cs@tidewe.com. Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email. Once the return request is approved, you’ll be given the return shipping address. 

If the return is caused by the customer, the customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. If it's our reason, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee and no restocking fee need to be charged for the return of the product.

If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please send us an email at cs@tidewe.com.

LIMITED WARRANTY POLICIES

TideWe will provide a warranty for defects in materials and workmanship for a period of One Year from the date of purchase. (QuestWade, DeepWade, and MinnDak Slough Dawgs these 3 waders provide lifetime warranty service) In the event of a defect, TideWe will provide repair or replace the defective without charge, or refund the price you have paid. Products that have been repaired or replaced are warranted only for the remainder of the unexpired portion of the warranty period.

The Limited Warranty does not cover any damage arising from normal wear and tear, failure to adequately maintain and store the alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed,  used other than in the manner intended, improper or inadequate fit,and get damage for unsafe use was designed or damage caused by chemical or foreign substances. TideWe does not warrant any of its products provides protection from snake bites or bites from other wildlife and is not liable for personal injury resulting from such bites; however, certain products, if so referenced, may have passed tests for resistance to standard reasonably expected snake bites. The Limited Warranty does not apply if determines that the products have been damaged by accident, misuse, neglect, act of God, fire or other hazard, or improper shipping or handling, or has been tampered with by any party.
